Purchase Limits

As defined in the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998, section 18C of the Act mandates the following delivery requirements are applied to an online delivery purchase of alcohol. 

• alcohol can only be delivered before 11 pm
• each recipient must be 18 years old or over. Check their ID to prove their identity and confirm they are 18 years old or over.
• gift orders – check the ID of the person receiving the order to confirm they are 18 years old or over

Love2glasses and the shipping company used, reserve the right to refuse the delivery of our products if... 

• the recipient is under the age of 18 years
• the recipient is intoxicated
• there is a substantial risk that the recipient is intoxicated
